A Study of Skulls SAL Mystery Stitch-A-Long

Come into my study, sit down a while and stitch with me. This SAL (Stitch-Along) features shelves of skulls, plants, small academia elements, and more skulls. If you enjoy skulls you are in the right place.

A mystery SAL that will be revealed to you over the course of a few months until we reach the end and you will have a completed cross stitch to frame and hang on your wall.

Once you purchase, you will have access to a password protected page on the Stitch Crypt website; your password will be included in the PDF instruction sheet. No physical item will be sent. Releases will follow this schedule:

Only full stitches and some backstitching
34 DMC colors

Stitched Sizes: (You will want to include an extra 2-4" on each side for your fabric size)

• 14 Count Aida: 8-5/8" W x 14-1/8" H
• 16 Count Aida: 7-5/8" W x 12-3/8" H
• 18 Count Aida: 6-3/4" W x 11" H
• 28 Count Linen: 8-5/8" W x 14-1/8" H
• 32 Count Linen: 7-5/8" W x 12-3/8" H
• 36 Count Linen: 6-3/4" W x 11" H

Specially designed fabric for the SAL is available from Witch's Garden Crafts
'Malachite' is a medium teal green that allows the colors of the SAL to really pop. 
For UK shoppers, another SAL fabric option is available from The Stitchy Ferret

Recommended fabric is a medium to darker one; blue, green, some purples. Jewel tones work really well for this SAL. It is best to do a floss toss with your fabric to be sure all the colors show well and you are happy with the contrast. be aware that you might need some additional backstitching for elements to show on light color fabrics.
